SAKIORI - Weaving with old textiles

SAKIORI - Rediscover old and used Textiles SAKIORI is a traditional Japanese weaving technique. Old textiles and garments are cut or torn into strips and reused to weave new textiles. Bring your own clothes, whether damaged or old, or your discarded favorites. We will weave something new from them. Looms (40cm wide) and weaving needles will be provided. Protect the planet and avoid waste. Become a textile activist! DATES: Date: February 28th or March 28th, 2026 Duration: 5 hours each, from 2 pm to 7 pm Location: Coworkingspace Kreativlabor in Erlangen, Schiffstraße 7 With a minimum of 3 participants, you can also book this course as a group.
